Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change.

Full refund for cancellations received on or before 31 December 2026.
50% refund for cancellations received between 1 – 15 January 2027.
No refund for cancellations received after 15 January 2027.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@slemanicancerconf.com

Certificate & CME

This conference is accredited with CME credits.

CME credits are awarded based on attendance and session participation.
Certificate will be available in digital format after the conference.
To receive the CME certificate, participants must complete the feedback form.
