Prof. Marchetti leads one of Europe's largest multidisciplinary breast cancer programmes. Her work focuses on treatment de-escalation, endocrine resistance, and quality-of-life outcomes for young patients with breast cancer. She serves on several international guideline committees and has led practice-changing phase III studies.
